About The Evaluator -
Cynthia Fravel, LPC, CAC II, NCAC I is
a qualified Substance Abuse Professional (SAP) who has been offering SAP services since 2002.
She obtained her training through American Substance Abuse Professionals and
completed the required examination through NAADAC, the Association for Addiction
Professionals. She has provided SAP services for numerous state and county
municipalities, private companies and Employee Assistance Programs throughout
the western region. Her 30 year background in professional counseling has proved
an invaluable asset in evaluating employees who have violated a DOT drug and
alcohol regulation.
